Product overview
Organize the materials behind your story
Case Buster offers tools for collecting and organizing incident materials, exploring AI-assisted summaries and timelines, and preparing questions for further review.
What you can do
In the app, you can work with incident records and supporting materials such as messages, documents, photos, and other files. Organization tools help you find items and connect events to the material behind them. AI-assisted features may help draft summaries or surface possible topics to investigate. Review every generated statement against the original source: an output can omit context, misread a date, or suggest an inapplicable rule.
Some features may depend on your account, plan, available credits, file format, or service availability. This page is an overview, not a promise that a particular upload, analysis, or form will be suitable for any matter. Do not upload material you are not authorized to use.
A worked example — entirely fictional
Fictional scenario, not customer data: Morgan has a receipt for a bicycle repair, a photo of a damaged wheel, and two messages about when the bicycle was collected. Morgan labels the items R-01, P-02, and M-03; records where each original is stored; then creates a timeline with the dates shown on the receipt and messages. The photo's exact time is uncertain, so the timeline says “date to confirm.”
An AI-generated summary might say the repair followed the collection. Morgan checks the source dates and finds the order is reversed. The useful result is not the first draft: it is the corrected, source-linked account and a question to ask about what additional evidence matters. None of these materials alone proves responsibility or determines a legal outcome.
What the product does not replace
Case Buster is not a law firm, does not represent you, and cannot verify that a generated narrative is correct or legally sufficient. It does not guarantee evidence will be accepted, a form will be appropriate, or a particular result. Laws and procedures differ by jurisdiction. For legal decisions, consult a qualified professional and confirm current requirements with the relevant official source.
